We offer hands-on training at PlumRus, a well-established retirement home. This partnership provides a unique opportunity for trainees to engage in real-world caregiving experiences alongside their theoretical learning. It also offers students an integrated training environment that most of our competitors simply cannot match.

Additionally, PlumRus offers on-site practical training within a fully operational retirement home, making it an ideal setting for students to learn while caring for elderly residents under the supervision of qualified professionals. This immersive approach allows students to directly apply the knowledge and techniques they acquire, reinforcing learning and enhancing their competency levels.

By providing practical exposure to caregiving in a retirement center, Carewise College bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application. This approach significantly enhances the overall quality of training, making graduates more prepared to face the challenges of working in a home-based care environment. On the other hand, many of our competitors, with their online-only training models, can only offer a limited scope of learning.
